POSITION REQUIREMENTS
As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with Aperium LLC leadership and client teams to deliver consulting engagements and contribute to Aperium LLC practice development. Engagements will comprise a variety of assignments, assisting clients to identify, plan for and capture opportunities for business growth and operational excellence. Examples include market analysis, profitability analysis and other financial modeling, operational reviews and operating model design, voice-of-the-customer research, business transformation program management and post-merger integration.
Key activities for the role:
- Actively contribute to all phases of client engagements, such as engagement delivery planning, primary and secondary research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, recommendations, implementation planning and status reporting
- Work effectively with client teams and leaders and provide structured discussion facilitation to build understanding, consensus and momentum towards key decisions and adoption of change
- Work with firm leadership to develop client relationships and proposals for prospective clients
- Contribute to development of Aperium LLC’s service delivery methodology, tools, technology and team performance
DESIRED PROFILE
- A university degree from a top-tier university, with distinguished academic achievement
- 2-3 years of client service experience in a top-tier management consultancy and/or comparable industry experience
- Work authorization in either the United States or Canada
- Outstanding quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work successfully in teams, motivate others, and gain the respect of clients and colleagues; and to create structure in ambiguous circumstances
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
- Orientation to results, with high standards for quality
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
